This summary is for convenience. The complete terms below govern your use of Nodlume.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Nodlume, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Nodlume is operated by QuokkaQuery.
Your account
You need an account to create projects. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate account information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The service
Nodlume is a visual designer for React applications. You compose pages, components, state, APIs, and data models on a canvas, and Nodlume exports a connected project skeleton. Some features — such as generated previews and AI-assisted generation — are metered by token credits or reserved for paid plans.
Free plans are subject to usage limits, including limits on the number of nodes per project. We may adjust plan limits over time; material changes to paid-plan limits will be communicated in advance.
Billing
Paid subscriptions and token-credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Your content
You own the projects you build and the code Nodlume exports for you. We claim no ownership over your designs, graphs, or exported skeletons. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display your content in order to operate the service — for example, making a project available to people you invite.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nodlume to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, resell access, or circumvent plan limits or metering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Collaboration
Projects can be shared with collaborators and via share links. You are responsible for who you invite and what you share. Anyone with a valid share link may be able to view the shared project, so treat share links as sensitive.
Disclaimers and liability
Nodlume is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuokkaQuery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using Nodlume and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership and liability limits) survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give notice — for example, by email or an in-app message — before it takes effect. Continuing to use Nodlume after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
